Structura legal
Structura is operated by TrendGo LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Structura. We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you request free Accumulate access, create an account, subscribe to updates, purchase a plan, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, TradingView username, subscription details, and support messages.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Structura, deliver Free Accumulate access, process transactions, manage subscriptions, send technical notices and support messages, communicate about product updates, and understand aggregate website usage.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may use third-party services, such as PayPro Global for payments, MailerLite or similar email providers for email communication, and analytics or hosting providers for website operations. These third-party service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the Structura website experience, remember preferences such as cookie consent, understand aggregate usage, and support service functionality. The Prism launch popup remembers that you dismissed the announcement for seven days in localStorage; it stores no personal data. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
What Prism processes. When you use Prism, we process the questions you type or speak, the symbols and timeframes you ask about, your watchlist, and the readings of Structura's layers for those markets. If you use voice input, the audio is converted to text and audio files are stored indefinitely in the Prism voice cache unless manually removed.
Third-party AI providers. To generate a read, the layer readings and your question are sent to Anthropic for intent classification and response generation. If you use voice output, ElevenLabs processes the text for speech synthesis. We send only what is needed for the read; we do not send your payment details. Whether either provider uses data for model training depends on the applicable commercial terms and data-processing agreements and remains subject to confirmation.
Retention. Your read history is kept in your account so that Prism can tell you what changed since the last read. The Settings → Chat history → Clear action hides the transcript from your account view; it does not delete the underlying records from the administrator activity log. Server-log retention is not yet confirmed across all production services.
Usage limits. We count the number of reads you request in order to apply your plan's monthly allowance.
Nature of the output. Prism's output is generated by an AI system. It is educational analysis, not financial advice, and it can be wrong. It never tells you to buy or sell.
Our community operates on Discord and Telegram under those platforms' terms. Subscription verification is performed using the TradingView username you provide yourself.
